In order to maintain clarity and easy communication between all involved, should weather ever threaten the regularly planned weekend worship services, the following procedure is to be followed.
A team of 3, including the Chair of the Elders, the Lead Minister, and a member of our Property Team will make the decision based primarily on safety of our church. If you ever feel unable to make it to church safely, please stay home and join us on our livestream.
In the event of a change, we will:

- Our YouTube channel
- We will email the church.
- Anyone who does not have or use email will receive a phone call from an elder.
